In fall 1998, the Levi's announced its intention to restructure its European operations by relocating its production sites. In Belgium and France, workers are living their last months of work at the plant while in Turkey, the Philippines and Indonesia, other, in spite of themselves, they are competing fatal without reaping the rewards. The rhythm of their struggle and negotiations, the tearing of the last hours and the fear of uncertainty, a feeling of helplessness remains the face of implacable logic of economic globalization.
