This text explains that in finding auspicious time, look for the Maha Roek (the great auspicious time) by counting on a waxing or waning moon day in a month. During the waxing-moon, count from the first day of the waxing moon to the fifteenth, and during the waning moon, count from the first day to the fourteenth. Then see which day is a good day.
