According to the social changes, cultural transmission is decreased among elders and youth. Moreover, it also effects to other dimensions such as their beliefs and rituals, living and costume. The researcher studied at Akha village for finding Akha’s identity value from elders, rulers and youth by cultural framework. The educational systems should be managed and emphasized on participation for cultural transmission.
