Dr. Frank Munger

Frank Munger is currently a Professor of Law at the New York Law School, U.S.A. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Michigan along with a J.D. from Michigan Law School. Frank teaches constitutional law, social welfare policy, local government, land use planning, and seminars on contemporary justice, poverty, and globalization issues. Devoted to issues of social justice throughout his career and extensively published on the subject matter, Frank has recently taken a special interest in the development of law and constitutional reform in Thailand with regards to the nexus of culture, power and rights, as demonstrated by his recent publication “Culture, Power, and Law: Thinking About the Anthropology of Rights in Thailand in and Era of Globalization” (New York Law School Law Review Volume 51, 2006-07).
