  1. Why Should I Join Thai Museums Database?
While you can search for information and vote on museums without an Thai Museums Database or SAC account, you’ll need one to share experiences, post photos, get recommendations, and more. Everybody who joins makes Thai Museums Database a better, so we’d love to have you.

2. How Do I Join Thai Museums Database?
To become a member, at the top of the home page. Then click Sign up. On the Create SAC Account page you’ll be asked to enter your e-mail address and create a password. You can also enter a name and picture that will appear on your profile page and next to your user reviews. The name can be your actual name, or something more anonymous. These can be added later, and changed at any time.

3. How Can I Recover My Password?
If you’re unsure of your password, you can recover it on this page: http://www.sac.or.th/main/registerForget.php

4. Why Can’t I Find a Museum Using the Thai Museums Database Search?
Beyond the Search Box.You can also browse the Choose a Region, Province, Content and Ownership catagories section.

5. How Do I Add a Museum Listing?
If Thai Museums Database is missing a museum, we’d love for you to add it to our database. To add a listing, on the Add a Museum to Thai Museums Database page, please enter as much information as you can about the museum. When you are finished, click Add Museum.

6. Where Is the Museumt Listing I Added?
Thai Museums Database reviews all new listings before they are added. It is not an automated process, so it may take a little time. We greatly appreciate your contributions.

7. How Do I Add or Fix Information in a Museum Listing?
If a listing has incorrect information, such as a wrong address or web link, or you would like to add missing information such as their operating hours, click Edit Museum to reach our corrections form. Edit or add your information, then click Send All Changes. Thai Museums Database will review your suggestions.

If you wish to inform us of incorrect information not covered on our corrections form, click Feedback at the bottom of the page and send us your suggestions.

8. How Do I Report an Inappropriate Review/Comment?
If you find a review you believe is unsuitable, click Inappropriate in the lower left corner below the review. Thai Museums Database will review the review/comment.

9. Why Was My Review Removed?
Thai Museums Database prohibits certain things from reviews, including profanity, personal attacks, and legal issues. It’s possible that your review was in violation of one of those things. Negative reviews are perfectly fine, however we encourage you to re-post your review, possibly in more general terms.

10. How Can I Link My Blog Posts to Thai Museums Database?
If you review the museum on your blog, we'll link to your post. The link appears in a special Blogs section on each museum page, along with a short teaser of your review. Every museum listing has the following link: "Bloggers, have you reviewed this museum? Add your review to this page." Click on this link, you’ll be asked to enter your title, blog's name, url and e-mail address. We greatly appreciate your contributions.

11. How Long Will It Take for My Blog Link to Appear on Thai Museums Database?
There's a verification process that involves a real person. That means it can take two to four working days for links to your posts to go live on Thai Museums Database. If it has been significantly longer than that, send us feedback and we'll investigate.
